- Our treats are formulated for a wide range of dogs. However, for puppies or senior dogs with specific dietary needs, we recommend consulting with your veterinarian before introducing new treats.

Can I use these treats for training purposes?
- Absolutely! Many of our treats are perfect for training because they are small, tasty, and easy to break into smaller pieces, making them great for rewards. Always remember to provide fresh drinking water for your pets!

How often can I give my dog these treats?
- The frequency of treats depends on your dog's size, breed, and dietary needs. They are intended as a treat, not to replace your pet's daily food intake, and be mindful not to exceed your dog’s daily calorie requirements.

Are your treats made local?
- All our treats are made locally in small batches to ensure high-quality standards.

My dog has no history of food sensitivities and we would like to try out new protein treats to provide more variety.
- It's important to introduce the new protein slowly to avoid upsetting your dog’s stomach. Start by giving only small quantity, keep an eye out for signs of food allergies, which can include itching, vomiting, diarrhoea, or ear infections. If you notice any of these symptoms, stop feeding the new protein and consult your veterinarian.

What are your delivery windows?
- Our deliveries are scheduled only within two specific time windows:
Wednesdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Saturdays from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address during these hours to receive your order.

Why are deliveries only available on Wednesdays and Saturdays?
- We schedule deliveries during these specific windows to ensure that your frozen items are delivered fresh and at the optimal time for quality control. This allows us to manage inventory, packing, and shipping efficiently.

Can I choose which day my order will be delivered?
- Yes, you can select either Wednesday or Saturday at checkout for your preferred delivery day, but the time window for delivery will always be from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.

Can I request a different time for delivery?
- Unfortunately, we are only able to accommodate deliveries during the set time frames of Wednesday 2 PM to 4 PM or Saturday 2 PM to 4 PM. This ensures we can maintain the quality of your perishable items.

What happens if I miss my delivery during the time window?
- If you are unavailable during the scheduled delivery window, the delivery will be attempted again the following scheduled delivery window (either the next Wednesday or Saturday). Do note that a $10 surcharge will apply for any rescheduling made on delivery day. We recommend ensuring someone is available to receive your package at the delivery address.

Can I change my delivery day after I’ve placed an order?
- Once your order is confirmed, we can only adjust the delivery day if there is availability. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to request a change.
